From direct tenant/prospect solicitation, advertising, marketing, special event coordination, market knowledge acquisition, and reporting all the way to deal negotiations, institutional outreach, valuation, maintaining co-brokerage relationships, and project management; we ensure no aspect of representing an asset is left unattended.
 
Since joining forces in 2011, the South Florida Industrial Team has represented roughly 6 million square feet of industrial product in either a leasing or sale capacity throughout South Florida. Some of those clients include: L&B Realty Advisors, Bridge Development Partners, Foundry Commercial, Lincoln Property Company, First Industrial Realty Trust, Bristol Group, Aljoma Lumber, PGT/CGI Windows, Principal, Terreno, and Navarro Discount Pharmacy.
 
Due to our extensive landlord-representation platform, which spans multiple sub-markets and product classes, our team is aware of virtually every prospect in the market, allowing then to cross sell each of the listings.
